VigoréMD is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for evaluation and, if clinically appropriate, prescription of compounded medications including GLP-1 receptor agonists and peptide therapies. VigoréMD is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications. All prescriptions are fulfilled by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy.
To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age, reside in a state where VigoréMD services are available, and complete a full health assessment reviewed by a licensed physician. Enrollment is subject to physician approval. VigoréMD reserves the right to decline service to any applicant at its discretion.
VigoréMD provides a platform for connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers. The information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All treatment decisions are made by licensed physicians independent of VigoréMD. Results from GLP-1 therapy vary by individual. VigoréMD makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.
Medications dispensed through VigoréMD are compounded by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy pursuant to valid patient-specific prescriptions. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. They are prepared based on a licensed physician's prescription for an individual patient.
Due to the nature of compounded pharmaceutical products and physician services, refunds are not available once a prescription has been approved and medication has been shipped. If you believe you received incorrect or damaged medication, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@vigoremd.com.
You agree not to use VigoréMD services to provide false or misleading health information, share your prescription medications with others, use our services for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to circumvent our physician evaluation process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VigoréMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
