We also collect information automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referral source. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Evaluate your eligibility for our services and provide medical care through our licensed providers.

- Communicate with you about your treatment, account, appointments, refills, and (with your separate SMS opt-in consent) occasional promotional offers about our services.

- Healthcare providers and pharmacies: licensed clinicians and our compounding pharmacy partner who fulfill your prescriptions, under HIPAA-compliant agreements.
- Service providers: companies that help us operate our business (payment processors, shipping carriers, communication platforms, analytics tools), under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information. Notwithstanding the categories of sharing described above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are governed separately under Section 4 below and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing purposes, regardless of any other data-sharing relationships described in this Section 3.
4. SMS Communications & Mobile Information
VigoréMD uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with patients and prospective patients about appointment reminders, prescription updates, shipping notifications, account alerts, treatment-related communications, and (separately, with your opt-in) occasional promotional offers about our services.
How we collect SMS consent. We collect SMS consent through an affirmative, standalone checkbox at the point of phone number collection on vigoremd.com or our intake quiz. The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is separate from any other agreement (such as terms of service, age verification, or treatment consent). Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your activity with VigoréMD, up to approximately 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Opt-out is processed immediately and confirmed with a single final message. Email communications. Email communications include both transactional messages (which you cannot opt out of while you have an active account) and marketing messages (which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in our emails).

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
