1. About Our Services

VigoréMD is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for the evaluation, prescription, and management of medically supervised weight-loss treatments. We are not a medical practice; we facilitate access to independent licensed clinicians who provide medical care, and to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy partner that fulfills prescriptions.

The information provided on our Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Treatment decisions are made by your licensed clinician based on your individual medical evaluation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use our Site or services for emergency medical needs.

VigoréMD offers subscription-based services. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

6. Prescription Medications

Prescription medications are issued only after a licensed clinician evaluates your medical history and determines treatment is appropriate. Medications are dispensed by our licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy partner. You are responsible for following all dosing instructions, storage requirements, and safety guidelines provided by your clinician and the pharmacy.
