SMS Terms & Conditions

VigoréMD operates a text messaging program (the "Program") to communicate with patients and prospective patients regarding their care, account activity, appointments, treatment, and (separately, with your opt-in) occasional promotional offers. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
How to Opt In
You can opt into the Program by checking an affirmative, standalone SMS consent checkbox at the point of phone number collection on vigoremd.com or our intake quiz. The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is separate from any other agreement (such as terms of service, age verification, or treatment consent). By checking this box, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from VigoréMD at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Types of Messages You May Receive
The Program is primarily used to deliver transactional and treatment-related communications. Promotional content is occasional and secondary.
- Account & treatment messages: appointment confirmations, prescription updates, shipping notifications, refill reminders, and provider follow-ups.
- Service messages: billing notifications, account changes, and customer support replies.
- Promotional messages (occasional): offers, new program announcements, and educational content. You may opt out of marketing messages while continuing to receive transactional messages by emailing hello@vigoremd.com.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with VigoréMD. You may receive up to 10 messages per month from the Program. Frequency may be higher during active treatment phases (such as initial onboarding or shipment tracking).
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VigoréMD does not charge for the messages you receive, but your carrier may. Please consult your wireless plan for details.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages from the Program. To opt back in, reply START at any time.

Supported Carriers
The Program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information you provide in connection with the Program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. As stated above and in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Eligibility & Geography
The Program is available to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Service availability may vary by state based on applicable medical practice and pharmacy regulations.
Changes to These Terms
VigoréMD may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Program or posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
